I am here to guide you on a journey to respect your body and cultivate inner awareness through meditative yoga classes. With a training in Hatha Yoga and Tantrik Hatha Yoga, I will help you establish a stronger connection with your body while incorporating elements of joy and fun.

My approach emphasizes the use of Pranayama (Breathwork), Asanas (Posture), Meditation, and Sound Bath to promote integration.

Through each practice, I will encourage you to listen to your body, honor its limitations, and practice self-love and compassion. Each class is designed to meet you where you are on your journey, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
